ZynoTalk SIP Services Carrier Call Issues

Telnyx, our upstream carrier, is currently experiencing a major disruption impacting their SIP trunking service. As a result, calls may fail to place or complete, and inbound calls to Telnyx-hosted numbers may not connect.

To minimize impact, we’ve rerouted all outbound calling through our backup carrier, so ZynoTalk outbound calls should continue to work at this time.

However, inbound calling is still affected. Because your phone numbers are hosted on the Telnyx network, inbound calls cannot be delivered through another carrier until Telnyx restores service.

We’re actively monitoring updates at https://status.telnyx.com and will continue tracking until full service is restored. Once Telnyx returns to normal operation, ZynoTalk inbound calling will resume as well.

  • Telnyx identified one of their upstream providers as the issue and bypassed the provider. Inbound calling appears to be restored. We'll continue to monitor the situation and ensure stability before we switch outbound traffic back to its normal route through Telnyx.
