Caller ID Resolution Issues Tuesday 23rd September 2025 12:03:00


Our upstream carrier, Telnyx, is currently experiencing issues with caller ID name resolution on inbound calls. Calls are currently arriving without any caller ID name. Telnyx is currently investigating the issue (https://status.telnyx.com/incidents/6gfrr2kpf2dn).

Telnyx has fixed the issue as this morning and we've confirmed we're now receiving caller ID on inbound calls.
